ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

FEES AND MODE OF PAYMENT
Ranz Lakaz Ltd uses the “MasterCard” secure payment gateway (MIGS) through the Mauritius Commercial Bank Ltd (MCB). MCB and MIGS guarantee a high level protection when providing your credit card number. Information regarding the latter is not accessible to third parties and is not communicated to Ranz Lakaz Ltd and is only kept on the secure database of MasterCard. The order confirmed by the client will be considered valid only when approved by “MasterCard”. If MasterCard does not approve the transaction, the order will be automatically cancelled and the client will be informed by email.

The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on ranzlakaz.mu, and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement. Exchange
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item at our earliest convenience.
Cancel and Refunds
We do not accept cancellation of an order once delivery has been effected.
DELIVERY POLICY
The www.ranzlakaz.mu team is pleased to be able to offer a fast and efficient service for shipping items ordered from our online shop. We aim to get your package to you as quickly as possible, most of the time this can be as quick as the very next working day.
At www.ranzlakaz.mu, we ship all orders Monday to Friday and orders placed before 2pm may be delivered the next working day subject to availability of our delivery vehicles. In the majority of cases, orders will be shipped within 2 working days, and in a few cases, within 4 working days.
You will receive confirmation when your item has been loaded for delivery, and you can trace the status of your delivery by contacting the team.
If after the 4-days period, you do not receive your goods, please contact the www.ranzalakaz.mu team.
